Hotel is situated in a great spot for exploring Houston. Room was good, hot water was an issue. It was either blistering hot or just barely above cold. Otherwise the hotel is just fine.

We were overall pleased. We had to change rooms due to ac issue but this was handled promptly. We did have and issue when we realized we left a couple items in the original room and a desk agent asked maintenance to go check. We were told there was nothing in the room and we had to wait until the next day to check with housekeeping. We ran into maintenance on way back up and he told us that the shirts were in the room and he then gave them to us. The headboard and toilet seat showed some signs of peeling but overall the place is well maintained. They are very pet friendly and we will stay here again.
