The hotel room was clean, and the staff were welcoming. However, the toilet didn’t flush properly, the water got turned off on our last morning staying there, and the breakfast (that was not included- we paid for it), was a buffet style; however, it was not stocked at all, no plates, almost everything was empty, the juices were not out, the water jug was empty. We arrived at breakfast an hour before closing thinking it was plenty of time. 18$ for a half ass breakfast is a rip off. The hotel was conveniently located next to the stadium which was nice though.

One block away from Reliant Stadium! Perfect if you have an event! Hotel was clean, well maintained for the most part. Tiny but of rust in the tub nothing crazy. Room was clean and of good size. Overall would stay again. I’d say 8/10 for sure. Oh almost forgot, $10 parking per vehicle per night will be added to your total.

It was a fantastic place to stay. I mean i was there for two days and everything was great. When i was checking in they let me use a charger cause I thought I lost my wallet and they were understanding, gave me a good recommendation for good BBQ. The staff was amazing keep hp the good work.

Water and flavored water iced in the lobby this am. Was there in houston for medical eval at MD Anderson and the clerk recognized my issues with typing in my registration due to neuropathy from chemo and she came around and helped me. Check out clerk was so sweet when we checked out this am I will be coming for treatment frequently and will definitely favor this facility when I can

If you or your family are at the hotel because of a medical reason being treated at the Houston Medical center, the hotel does not charge you for parking. Additionally, the hotel provides free shuttle service to and from the Medical Center The rooms were clean and had hard surface flooring throughout the room instead of hard to keep clean carpeting. The front desk staff was amazing and very helpful! In fact, all hotel staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Front desk personal was annoyed when we checked in. Pool was very dirty. Door handle to bathroom fell off. Bartender was on her phone instead of helping customers. Took 10 minutes to get service AT the bar. Patrons at tables had to come up to bar to ask for service. Thinnest walls ever!!! Could here everything above us, next to us and coming from the bathroom.
