As a new property, it was very clean. The staff was most helpful and it had a great proximity to downtown Houston. The breakfast offerings were good though I hope they will increase the number of gluten-free and lactose free offerings.

the breakfast was ok, probably a few extra things will help, we loved the location since we were going to Astros game and also was near the metrorail which we use for NRG stadium, i know it is downtown but the parking was a little bit expensive 50 dlls per night, we stayed 3 nights so was 150 extra, other than that everything was perfect, the staff even suggest some near by places which we appreciate
