Having stayed at this Crystal Inn over the past weekend, I would definitely recommend it to others. The staff was very cordial and accommodating (Offering free waters) and the room/bathroom was clean, sleek, and very comfortable. I’ll definitely be back in the future.

Had an excellent stay this past Saturday with my partner (12/13/2025). I’ve stayed at this Crystal Inn a few times now, and every time has been fantastic. The front staff is always very helpful and offers free waters, the rooms themselves are clean and sleek, and the restroom itself is very nice. Having had good experiences time and time again, I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Houston, especially on the Northwest side of town.

Rather an amazing budget hotel. Roomy room, comfy bed, super clean. Snacks and sodas provided as a welcome gift. Two chair seating area with table in front of TV. A shower that was huge (I have access issues) and looks like a super high end spa shower. I was missing some minor things day 1 (kleenex, a bar of soap) but soap showed up day 2. Fairly high end lighting, fridge has a tiny but welcome freezer space. Small space to hang clothes, but only open cubbies/no dresser for clothes. Very friendly and helpful staff (including a beautiful friendly goldendoodle). Tight parking, but a bit easier on weekdays than weekends. Breakfast is provided, and convenience foods can be bought for late hours. All in all, an incredible value. Nice new clean property that the owner is trying to manage really well. AC cranks - very comfy.

Clean room, polite staff member at check in. Expedia said check in from noon, when arrived was told check in actually was at 2pm. Showed what was printed in email about check in from noon. Mostly quiet, had pizza delivery and enjoyed the rain shower. From the outside to the inside you can feel safe, see the property is maintained. Will choose to stay again if my next visit is near this area again.

The breakfast here was one of the poorest I've seen since Covid's "bag lunch" breakfasts. On the 2nd morning I'd swear the eggs and sausages were the left overs I'd seen the day before. The traffic noises were loud in the room. The parking lot was quite cramped. To the hotel's credit, the rooms were clean and the staff was nice. Usually there is poor lighting in hotel rooms but this room had plenty, requiring This 11 switches to control them all. The TV's were Amazon Fire software driven so if you don't have an Amazon account you'll have to create one if you want to watch anything. There are no cable or antenna connections, only wifi.

I reserved a single room,one bed for $125,I was with my wife and my two kids,I was planning to use my own inflatable couch,but my surprise was that the front desk guy and the GM went to my room and asked me if I wanted to get a double suit for an extra fee of $38 ,and of course I said yes(two rooms,two beds,one big living room ,a whole kitchen)everything was amazing,+ the breakfast in the morning (tamales,chorizo with eggs,waffles,coffee....Loved it!!!
