Stay away from this roach motel!

Rooms don’t look like pictures. Room was filthy and sheets were not clean and tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months! Asked if they could move me to another room and he would not! So I left! They have no truck parking either! Sorry didn’t include pictures I should of took pictures just got out of there as fast as I could!!

It was ok

The room was clean and I liked how big it was and that it had a kitchenette. However, there was no coffee maker or ironing board or hair dryer in the room like most hotels I’m used to staying at, which I normally use. When I asked staff about that, they said they had a problem with items being stolen. When I went down for breakfast, there was no food and a little bit of coffee left. Also, no hotel welcome manual in the room, which I thought was odd. Staff was really nice, but seemed like it was in a bad neighborhood. Price was cheap for the last minute trip I was planning. But I wouldn’t stay there again.

Terrible all the way across the board.

Where to start? Illegal activities from all. Prostitutes, drugs, gambling, guns, and the hotel staff was condoning it. They didn't care as long as far next body paid for their hour in the rooms. So very distasteful.

Most horrible motel

Arrived and was quickly checked in due to my reservation. I parked and after grabbing a couple of my bags, proceeded to my room. As I was approaching the room, I immediately noticed that the room door was open. I felt a bit nervous, as it was around midnight and I was alone at the time. I cautiously kicked the door open, and first noticed the bed was completely torn up, blanket hanging off the bed, sheets thrown back. Then I look up, to notice the tv is on a porn channel. Went and told the person on duty, and he just tells me about how they leave the doors open when they're clean. I again stressed that the bed was all disheveled and porn on the TV. Finally he offered to give me another room, which I appreciated.

Comfortable and Affordable

I stayed at the Hotel for 2 weeks: My wife and 3 kids. The staff were friendly and helped us out. They also gave us everything that we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Room was very nice and clean although an older hotel. Continental breakfast was cellophane wrapped danish. Didn'the see coffee pot anywhere. Nice quiet stay although parking lot activities were questionable.

Clean motel near Houston's Willowbrook area.

Never had a bad experience coming here. Love the employees and they do a great job of keeping rooms cleaned as well as the looks of the outside decor.

It was a decent stay but too much road noise as it is right next to Tomball Parkway that gets a lot of traffic that you can hear all through the night. There's no gym but the WiFi is free.

By the hour

The people at the service desk were very nice. It was a gentleman but when he walked out a lady walked up dressed rather "strange". Got my key went to the car to get my things and noticed housekeeping cleaning a room. What hotel do you know cleans a room at 1030 at night. Other activity seen kind of raised the hair on the back of my neck. Got to the room key did not work -had to go back downstairs and get help he came upstairs and tried the key but it did not work so he had to use a master key. The linen was dirty, spots on the pillow case, hair on the blanket. I could not get the TV remote to work - got it replaced flipping through the channels and came across a bad channel - I was appalled When I left that morning I opened my door and the man next door opened his door and looked out. Went to turn in my key no one in the office. Finally he came from outside. I will not be going back to that one or any other Palace Inn

wow surprising nice!!

these Indians know what they're doing ! the place is clean and they are very friendly. I couldn't believe how clean the place was how comfortable the bed was and how nice the TV was. I recommend it highly! and you can't be it for that price.

The actual stay was good. I requested to check in early at 1:00pm and the receptions stated "nothing was available" So I showed up at 1:00pm in the parking lot and there was not a single car in the parking lot. She did let me check in with an attitude.
