Mixed feelings about this one. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. We were booked the wrong room and apparently there is a problem with their room system, but we were switched to the proper one quickly. The room itself was relatively clean, with the exception to some hair and dust on the bed and furniture, and the bath tub itself wasn't necessarily sparkling. A few of the lamps wouldn't turn on, and the room smelled a bit musty. The toilet was missing a bolt for the seat, so it wobbled around at any given movement; very annoying. The microwave was also very weak and the revolving disc was broken. The breakfast was also very miniscule and wasn't restocked often. Felt very "first come first serve"-esc. The breakfast times were also ridiculous. 6am to 9am?! Seriously? Other than all that, the hotel wasn't so bad. Just meh

I had to be moved twice and still ended up in a room with no tv (the Direct Cable box wouldn’t connect— front desk lady didn’t know how to fix it). The first room I was assigned to had towels all over the floor and the air conditioning unit dismantled. The second room had no remote control to turn on the tv. I called the front desk and she said she had 3 downstairs at the front desk. She came up to see which remote would work for that tv. It didn’t really matter because she couldn’t get the cable box to work. The breakfast is thin- the kids were sad because there were no waffles or pancakes (only muffins-bread for toast and plain bagels).
