Overall its a clean relativly cheap hotel centrally located in Downtown Houston. The self checkin and checkout is easy with no issues encountered. While it is an older hotel the overall condition is good with new carpets, fresh pqaint on the walls and everything working in the room.

The rooms were decent and not over-the-top in terms of cleanliness. It did the job by giving me a place to stay during my time in Houston. Location is convenient, being close in proximity to Daiken Park, Toyota Center, and places to eat/drink. Overall, it was a good stay, and I would consider coming back. Thank you to the staff!
