I liked absolutely nothing. Customer service was poor, the area was horrible, amenities were not anything special. Our room had a torn screen like someone crawled out the window. The blankets in our beds had blood on them. And when we asked for extra towels for the pool we were told we had towels in our room. So this stay was absolutely horrible. Will never be staying here again or even recommend it to anyone!!!

HS graduation

My husband and I were attending a nephew’s high school graduation. We mostly spent our time with family so the room was used for sleeping only. The room was clean and the space was comfortable. The shower had a massage setting and the water pressure was good. Checking in/out was quick and easy. The entrance is a bit confusing. It’s one long driveway between another hotel and a car lot. This was also an advantage of no traffic noise. Overall a good stay and the price was good. I would stay there again.

Roaches in room. I stayed a week and never had clean towels or house keeping once. The entrance is is sometimes annoying as there’s a car dealership right when you turn in so you have to be careful entering and exiting so you don’t get hit or hit someone!

The clerk at the front desk cancel my reservation. At first she told me it was because they did not have any payment information on file for me however payment had already been taken from my bank account then she said it was because they did not have a phone number on file for me but when I showed her the text message I received confirming my reservation she then say it they only had 7 digits instead of a 10-digit phone number again that does not make sense being that I got a text message confirmation of my reservation. What I found out from other people was that she was canceling third party reservations because this hotel have a cancellation fee and she was booking rooms for walk-ins so this hotel can get paid double money for one room mind you this all happened in the middle of the winter storm that just happened. I asked the front desk clerk her name and she refused to give it to me. She did not have on name badge nor a hotel uniform. When I asked her well what can I do now because I really need a room I have three children we don't have any rooms available however the guy that was standing next to me said well that's strange because I just walked in and booked two rooms and all the young lady did was walk away. When I was driving off of the hotels she put a sign on the door that said they are not honoring any third-party reservations which seemed very strange being that they are accepting reservations online. The clerk is either of Indian or Pakistan descent.

I’m calling and double checking with the actual hotel for smoking rooms. This is the 2nd hotel I booked through Expedia that has smoking rooms listed. My reservation says smoking get to the hotel the building no longer has smoking rooms.

It was a smooth check-in and check-out process. The staff was very nice and helpful. For it to be a last-minute trip for me and the only hotel I could find close that had availability for that night, I was willing to deal with the strong weed smell on the elevator and on all of the third floor. The shower was okay. They only thing was that you couldn't adjust the showerhead to different settings.
