The room was clean and the AC worked great. The bartender was very friendly and provided great service. The valet was very helpful. We used the hotel shuttle to go and come back from dinner. It was convenient and no waiting. Wish there was a pool as advertised in listing.

One-night stay ruined by a dirty room and indifferent staff. Found cockroaches in the room. No body wash or conditioner. Called the front desk and was told they’d “get to it later.” I was only there one night. Unhygienic, unhelpful, not worth the money. Breakfast was good, but distracted by a tip jar. Suppose I need to tip the staff for having to get my own food and throw away my tray. Would not stay again.

I had a wonderful stay and I definitely would stay again. Very convenient location. The only down side was that the bathroom was not cleaned. A dirty washcloth was in the floor and hair was on the shower wall.
