The room could have been cleaner. There was a lot of dust/grime in the corners and the bathroom. The toilet seat was broken in our room. Front desk staff was nice though. We stayed only one night.

We loved our stay at The Hotel Hot Springs! The view from our room was spectacular! The bed was comfortable with very nice sheets. Breakfast (and coffee!) was very good and the menu changed slightly from day to day which was nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. My only "non 5-star" comment is that the pillows on the bed were the really small, almost square kind. We had plenty of them but they were much smaller than what we are used to. We could easily walk to just about anything we wanted to do downtown. Don't be afraid to stay on one of the higher level floors - the elevators are quick and easy. We will be back! Thank you, HHS!

The hotel shuttle made it super easy to go places without having to take your own vehicle since parking is rather difficult in Hot Springs.
