Loved that Derby Inn was pet friendly, clean and secure. Also the fact that it was close to Oaklawn and Bathhouse row as well as central to pretty much everything Hot Springs has to offer. I would definitely stay here again.

There is no management. Here you receive a code to get inside of the gate. It is in a good location in this city. The room was very nice. It's under renovations. The breakfast is some muffins and coffee and stuff in the room. They tried to make it nice on a busy street, but very clean room did not see any amenities here.Other than the inside of the room, it is a very short ride to downtown hot springs

Love the contactless check in/out and never having to see anyone but if you do have an issue they will respond to messages on the app. The snacks and drinks were unexpected but much appreciated. Thats something that made them stand out from other hotels to me. I would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend. I did have issues with the tub not draining water and the vent in bathroom needed cleaned but otherwise top notch!

Getting the ap to get the key was kind of a pain. They were very good about sending me messages. But I had no idea I would have to download another ap and then add the code....it was stressful for an "old lady". The room was nice, AC worked great, comfy bed, towels were soft and shower was small, but nice. Would have been nice to have a shelf or something in the bathroom to hold our shower supplies. Good snacks and a couple of water bottles. Keurig coffee maker. Overall, we were pleased.

Hotel is conveniently located in downtown Hot Springs, only a mile or so from the National Park. The rooms are in great condition & newly renovated. The price was reasonable & includes free parking & wifi. They offer a SmartTV with streaming apps. There's no staff on-site, but the gate access & self check-in were very easy.

Easy self check in. Fence inclosed parking lot for security. Room was comfortable, clean, and visually pleasing. Would definitely stay again! Room could use a cozy chair and the bathroom has no light over the vanity so it was very hard to see well enough to put on make up. Room had a nice little kitchenette but no pots, dishes, or silverware so we were unable to make use of the area.

It was a very clean and nicely remodeled room. It does need a comfortable chair for relaxing in other than the dining chairs. The snacks were plentiful and appreciated. The ice machine wasn't working while I was there. They were blowing the parking lot with a pretty loud blower at 7p.m. Probably would be better to do that between checkout and checkin. Overall I was very happy with my stay.

Loved the fact that the owner was on site the first morning we were there to welcome us and to see if he could do anything for us. It is an old hotel that they have made considerable improvements on. We felt safe and it was very convenient to the track(walkable) We will stay here again.

The Derby Inn was Fantastic! Rustic getaway smack in the middle of Central Ave. Short walk to Oaklawn racing/casino and of course the historic Rocky's corner! Very cozy, extremely clean, bed super comfy, and the TV is HUGE along with Fireplace, really sets the atmosphere for relaxation right in the middle of the city. Check in was very smooth and nice to have gated area with contactless entry - no key or card to carry around was very nice. Staff (which is onsite during the day) is SUPER Friendly and helpful! Stayed in the King Rustic and I can't say enough about how cozy and comfy this place is. Will definitely stay here again!
