This place was amazing! Very clean and the most comfortable beds! The rooms are tastefully decorated and very convenient to the old downtown HotSprings tourist area. And it has the most delicious breakfast cafe right next door. Also the manager was very accommodating with our late checkin. Excellent communication! Don’t go anywhere else, seriously!

Very clean room, great admission process. Loved that as towels were used, you just put in basket on the porch and got new ones same day. I loved the location close to shopping, and the awesome restaurant right close. My favorite part was the comfortable bed, and clean room, but most of all the parking right outside your room. We will definitely be back

The property was cute and clean and the attached cafe was absolutely delicious. The only issue was the bed was very hard. By the third night I was begging to sleep in my own bed again. My wife and I aren’t large people and can typically sleep on firm mattresses without issue but this was way too firm for comfort. We were in the “newer” section so not sure if that half of the hotel is the low cost portion. We had a lovely time but that was a fairly big concern considering we spent most of our time at the hotel in the bed.

We stayed in the lodge room on the other side of the motel and it was excellent. Very clean and well kept. Parking is easy in and easy out. The little cafe has an excellent breakfast. Close enough to the Promenade but far enough away so you're not in traffic. Comfortable beds, great hot shower and good pillows too! We would definitely stay again here when we make it back to Hot Springs.
