Vacations Close To Arkansas Heart Hospital

Please note that this hotel is quite old, and while it's kept clean, it's very dated. The elevator is a bit scary, as it moans & groans while moving. Housekeeping failed to clean our room (we were there for 2.5 days), and one of the 2 worn out towels that were provided had a big hole in it. On a happier note, the staff at the front desk were very friendly & helpful, and the continental breakfast was good. Especially if you like biscuits with sausage gravy. :-)

Nice room great A/C and comfortable bed, also clean room.

Clean! This was our 3rd hotel and definitely the best of our 6 nights away. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and efficient at our late evening arrival. I had booked online less than 30 minutes before our arrival. Rooms are newly renovated, ours not only smelled so clean, but was very clean. We all know about those hotel showers that have little water pressure and a big hole in the center of the shower stream - not this one - great pressure and full coverage spray, good towels and washcloths. The mattress was comfortable, not too soft or hard, good fluffy pillows that didn't go flat. Clean parking lot on front side of hotel was well lit and felt safe outside. The refrigerator was very cold, not just middle-of-the-road cool. This was definitely a top-notch choice in a small town on I-40 on our last leg of the journey home - so glad we drove a few miles further before stopping. Can't comment on their breakfast, we chose to eat at a local restaurant. If travelling this area again, this would be our first choice.

The bed doesn’t sleep comfortably, the breakfast is for a kid and the room could use some paint at least the room I stayed in. The property seems secure and quiet.

Hotel was ok at best. AC in the room was loud and required because otherwise the room is way too hot. They claim "best mattress in America" . A little overblown. Fairly uncomfortable and some of the worst pillows. Feels like a lot of corners are cut. Three small flat pillows per bed. A room for 6 people that only has 3 towels. Previous guest leftovers were still in the fridge. Positive is we were there for Wednesday reception. Not amazing food but enough for our non picky teens to make a free dinner out of.
