“Primarily booked this for its location near the people we are visiting. We got a room with big bed for three of us. The rooms look good and reasonable sized. Cleaning should be improved overall. The bed covers look a bit stained. Towels given are not soft. Bathrooms are old style where there is no shower separation, so anyone taking bath would wet all bathroom floor. “Food was okay. But the bummer is the check-in staff lying about a short circuit and asking if I can be moved to a sister lower tier hotel next door . Sheets were not clean ,though the room was spacious. Just not cool lying about the short circuit, and I was given a room only after confronting which floor the short circuit was and asking him to "show me " very crooked practice”
