Ok but I think there are better ones for less. The one big plus is that they are only block away from the Central Park which has a Music program every Friday evening in July and August. And it is still quite in your room.

Our stay at Park Motel was fine. We were worried at first when we entered our room and it smelled of cigarette smoke. We opened all the screens and door to air it out but could not leave them open for long as there were no screens. When we returned to our room it was somewhat better. Not sure why it smelled of cigarette smoke as it is a non smoking hotel with signs posted. The beds were comfortable and the linen was clean and fresh. It was quiet which made for a good nights sleep.

Park Motel had clean bedsheets. The rooms were decently clean; however, I was able to see some dead bugs and cobwebs. The washroom was also decently clean with a clean counter and bathtub. There weren't any visible mold. However, the ceiling fan was so congested with dust and debris. It doesn't look like they did any deep maintenance or cleaning of the place.
