The Grange accommodation is either a car drive or a 5-minute hike from Warbrook House itself. So, if it's raining, it's a wet trudge. Apart from that, good food in the restaurant

Booked this last minute and was so impressed! We were put in the grange and was very pleased, though parking was a bit of a pain. Well equipped room, very comfy bed, incredible shower. Also had breakfast, we were very pleased. Will stay again!

Beautiful settings and clean well kept rooms. Staff were excellent. The Grange was a little walk from the main hotel. Breakfast included was a standard ok, could have had more of a selection, but the evening dinner was fantastic. Will be returning to stay at the main hotel next time

Great last minute stay to break up the journey. Staff were really helpful and the breakfast was brilliant. Plus the room and outside areas were great. The only downside is that the room was incredibly hot and even with the fan which was provided it was really hot still. Definitely staying again when we’re in the area, just hopefully not when it’s 34 degrees outside 😂

The is the second stay for us at Warbrook House hotel, it's a real mixed bag with outstanding breakfast and a lovely venue however the room condition was terrible. The positives were the staff who were polite and helpful, this included the receptionist and house keeper. The breakfast was presented well and cooked perfectly, the team serving were also very attentive. Seeing deer in the grounds on a late arrival was a welcomed surprise for my daughter. The negatives far outweighed the positives, the room (number 57) and surrounding building needs refurbishment with litter in the car parking area. Our room was very cold at night below 15 deg C. The double aspect windows have failed hinges due to the rotten frames which left 15mm opening to the top. The radiator wasn't working a the provided electric heater only working on the lower setting. The real struggle to flush the toilet and lack of moisture extraction following showing left you with a bathroom which was less than pleasurable to use. The carpet was badly worn by the wardrobe and a large stain in the centre. The child's extra bed was a flimsy camping bed frame and not suitable for hotel use. On a pervious visit the room was in better condition.

The hotels facilities were disappointing. We were staying in the grange but it was unbelievably hot. No windows in our room. The staff did try everything to help,us so it’s no reflection on them as they were fully booked but unfortunately we had to check out straight away and so elsewhere as we couldn’t sleep in the rooms

Beautiful hotel. Excellent stay and wonderful grounds and peaceful. Lovely breakfast and enjoyable but only feedback would be that a few more options on the continental breakfast would have been nice. And coffee machine made warm coffee not hot. Overall I would definitely stay again, staff were so nice and our room was just amazing. Loved this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will be back to stay again.

Room was extremely disappointing. First signage to the room was inadequate and had to call reception twice for directions, the mattress was old and not to the standard you expect these days. The room itself was tired and not particularly clean. It was far too hot to sleep, not enough ventilation. The price to be fair to reflect this, The hotel itself was short on choice on the menu, nothing too inspiring. What they did have is superb staff. Friendly, helpful and attentive - just let down by the facilities and amenities.
