It is a beautiful hotel and the location and access is amazing. The hotel and grounds are kept very nice and clean. Your room is done every day by the staff. The coffee shop inside the Hotel had the best tasting coffee in Hawaii.

beautiful hotel and all of the employees are very friendly. pool is very small and parents tend not to watch their kids so it won’t be very relaxing. beach access is wonderful and plenty of shopping + restaurants within a half mile. service at mai tai bar can be very slow, but they tend to be quite busy.

This is a stunning hotel! It’s glamorous and well maintained and really pays tribute to Hawaiian history. The food was excellent, although be prepared for high prices here and throughout Waikiki The hotel is in a fabulous location and was very convenient for exploring Waikiki. The hotel itself has lots of great shops and beautiful grounds. We loved our stay and will definitely recommend and return!

Highly recommend this property! Absolutely stunning with History. One of the few resorts with direct access to the Beach front connected to Hotel! Strategically located with easy and walking access to downtown, shopping centers, mall and more. Loved our stay, Hotel, and the Staff—will definitely be back!
