We have stayed at the Prince a couple of times, and we highly recommend it. The facilities and amenities are incredible, but the staff is what puts it over the top. They are awesome and make you feel right at home. Nobody is pretentious and they truly want to help you out and make your stay the best it can be!

Nice hotel, great location. It's a 20-minute walk to the main shopping street and the beach. Staff was good. Some elevators weren't working, so we had to use the service elevators, but overall it was a great stay.

This was a great day a really good base for Waikiki. It was near a really quiet beach but also only a 25 minute walk away from the centre of Waikiki and the Waikiki Beach. The service was impeccable. The food was absolutely amazing. We had a great time we would stay there

Room was spotless. Beautiful view! Great shower & tub. Only downer was the really soft mattress. Ala Moana mall is just a few minutes walk away. The 100 Sails buffet is fantastic and the 1F sushi restaurant is wonderful. Lobby coffee shop is overpriced, with slow, less than friendly service. You're better off walking a block to ABC store or McDonald's.

This property was the perfect location for ease in getting to many places around the area. We had a lot of walking options and yet for places of further distance, we were able to navigate to and from hotel easily. The views from hotel were incredible. Outdoor pool on 5th floor was fabulous. From the moment we drove up, staff was very attentive and professional, offering insights about the property and nearby area. The hotel was clean and maintained impeccably. Food was good but menu selection was a bit limited, unless you were doing buffet, which we are not fans of. Overall, highly recommend and will stay here again.
