Previously stayed here before the big overhaul was completed. It's much better now! Though the convenience store on site was closed, it wasn't much of a detriment. There's plenty of stores in walking distance, and the mall is as well. Well worth the price per night, give the new Pagoda a go!

Staff was friendly, Room seemed clean until we went to sleep. Top sheet smelled like urine. Called front desk and someone came and replaced the bedding with clean sheets. Called front desk for a microwave, was quoted $5.00 per day, Requested microwave never showed up. Parking wasn't a problem if you were willing to walk a little.

Staff was outstanding. The hotel and location were not. There were multiple homeless and druggies hanging out around the facility. My daughter was terrified to leave the room. We ended up paying an extra four hundred dollars to stay at a different hotel.

The Pagoda Hotel isn't a fancy resort, but it is a solid place to stay. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel provided a coupon for two for breakfast, $5 each, and it was delicious. Staff was extremely kind. I had experienced a family emergency and had to extend me stay. Debbie, kept an eye open all day to see if she could snag my room so I wouldn't have to move. This kind of Aloha can only be found in Hawaii. Her willingness to go out of her way to help me will never be forgotten. I will continue to choose Pagoda on my future trips.
