I have stayed here before, and returned in the most part because of the little oasis around the pool. The rooms are fine, but being in the middle of Waikiki in a place that makes you feel comfortable and out of the rat race that is Waikiki is the best!

Staff was absolutely amazing. Rooms were clean (and smelled clean) when we arrived. AC in the rooms work great - water pressure is a little weak. Don't believe Google - there's no continental breakfast, but the ABC stores are on every corner and offer a wide variety of foods.

Castle Bamboo WIkikik is a beautiful boutique hotel. The restaurant and bar by the pool.staff and shrimp was great. I had it 4 different times times. The bar was out of multiple standard Item. Bloody Mary mix etc. our room 605. No air conditioning at all. 80 -87 degrees out. We melted and sweated. Bugs in kitchen area. We asked for bug repellent. Of course got none. We ask for toilet paper 4 different times never got till we asked next day. They rushed us out of our room. Never said bye thank you. Only get out room is rented hot tub the jets were not working the whole week But it was nice to have a pool. With waterfall food available and some bar drinks. It was nice to save money. Cooking ourselves sometimes

Location is perfect right in the heart of Waikiki. Front desk was always helpful and gave us an easy check in/ check out. Only downside to the property is the parking which is to be expected but highly recommended booking a parking stall before hand. All in all it is a safe, reliable, and great place to stay for an affordable price!!

The courtyard with tropical trees, small pool, and tiki theme restaurant was wonderful, we loved it. The front desk staff and house keepers were all friendly and very helpful. This building looked very old, but well maintained. Our room had newer kitchen and fridge, good for a long stay. No hidden charge at the check out, exactly as explained at the time of booking.
