We have been travelling to Honolulu to visit family for about 4 years now and always stay here, it’s just what we need. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating, the hotel is always well maintained as well. It feels like a home away from home. Need some renovation job. Some staffs are fantastic, may be only one was grumpy . No airport shuttle . AC works perfect . Fridge was broken , they replaced it with a new one , tats why I’m putting a 5 star review. Location is perfect for going to beach, take bus, shopping, food truck and for anything else.

I thought the pictures on the ad for the room did not reflect what actually was. The room was clean but certainly not up to date. The furnishings also dated. Just Ok by other standards of competing hotels. The main point is that the hotel is located in good spot. Offering a slight walk gets you to the down town area restaurants and shopping stores. So I would say convenient.

The property is about is a walking is about 8 mins walk to the International Market Place. The property was not affected with the power outage when typhoon LaLa hits unlike the more known big hotels by the beach. The price is fair and you get to save more because the room has a microwave, fridge, plates, spoons and forks, etc. The staff especially the front desk are on top of things. Bottom line ......worth it and will be booking it again.

Had a wonderful experience here. 3 of us with a double and single bed. Check in was super easy and fast. They gave us shell leis. Smaller room but we only stayed one night. Nice balcony. Would have stayed longer but we only needed 1 night due to flight costs were crazy when we went and we saved a lot adding an extra day.

I like that the fact that the hotel is centralized and near everything! The beds are so comfortable and the room had everything that we needed. I will be coming back for sure! I love that they had washers and dryers so I was able to wash. The pool is just the perfect size to enjoy and cool off!

We enjoyed here , cause it was close to shop and restaurants. You could walk to the beach and passing by food truck 10 minutes away.

If you must stay in Waikiki this is an ideal spot. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close stroll to the beach and everything else. Be aware that there is a resort fee associated that is not included in Expedia so your stay expense will be considerably more regardless. The pool was not working during our stay and we still had to pay the fee. However the staff are very helpful and they did take care of us when needed so no complaints. These fees are pretty much standard anywhere in Waikiki so with that in mind, this was an excellent and recommended stay.

We arrived at the hotel around 2 pm and was readily checked in to the room by the female staff at the front desk. Very friendly and organized. On checkout day, Kalei was helpful to extend our stay for a limited time because our flight was at 940 pm. The half day fee was taken from our deposit. This made it convenient for us to be comfortable in our room until about 600pm versus checing out at noon for a 940 pm flight. Truly appreciated. The complimentary water dispenser at the lobby is a big help.So useful.
