“Whilst the staff and facilities were good, I was disappointed with the food. I had the coronation chicken terrine starter.which had a large piece of chicken skin in it. The staff offered me a replacement which I declined and they did not charmed for it. I later asked if I could have fresh fruit for dessert which the said would be available for breakfast. At breakfast the only fresh fruit available was watermelon. I may be picky but I feel that these minor items should be catered for.”

Literal, no sé por qué la gente quiere quedarse en Londres cuando puede disfrutar de unos días en la campiña inglesa, teniendo el lujo a todo esplendor, el mejor desayuno que puedas probar. Un hotel con demasiada historia y al mismo tiempo, un precio tan accesible, podrías jurar que estás en un Four Seasons, pero estás en Audley's Wood, una cadena más hermosa y con más personalidad. ”

“To be honest, I only needed a bed for the night and didn't see much of the staff, although they were friendly enough! Having read glowing reviews of the accommodation, I was rather disappointed. I'd describe the room I stayed in as pretty basic and I was somewhat taken aback to find that the tea and coffee making facilities were 'limited' - rationed to 1 teabag (plus instant coffee, which I don't drink) per night and, for the first time in all the years that I've stayed in hotels and inns, a...

“Woken up at 6 am by work men fixing the path to the front entrance very annoying and also the alarm then went off on the radio The room was so so hot no fan or air con unit in sight”

“No aircon. Very hot room. Got a fan but pretty poor for an expensive Spa resort. No late checkout for Gold member... 2 hours 20 pounds. All in all OK but a little disappointed ”

“A wonderful hotel with serene green spaces in a royal atmosphere. I had to work overnight and the gentleman at night desk went above and beyond to help me with an additional TV screen and a place to work at. Simply unbelievably helpful and way beyond my expectations. My wife and kid had a great time in the gardens. I highly recommend this place if you´re out to get some relaxation.”

“Friendly reception and service. Room was non-smoking but one could notice it had been smoking before, every time at entering the room. Comfortable bed. It's clear the bathroom had been renovated, but why wasn't at least one hook installed to hang towel and/or clothes? Very frustrating, moreover as the (gliding) door wasn't of any help here either.”
