Staff was amazing, breakfast was good, pool and outdoor hot were nice. Indoor hot tub was being fixed. The area had everything you could need or want around. I would definitely return. The staff was my favorite. When I usually travel there is never enough staff and if so they are usually rude. I would rate the staff a 10 star here.

We visit the area yearly and this is our go to hotel. The location is central to Saugutuck,Holland State Park and Grand Haven. Check in is easy and quick. Complimentary breakfast is adequate. This hotel is a good choice if you are bringing kids with a nice game room. We will be a return guest.
