“Breakfast could of been better but I don't think they get the custom for it to be better”

“The room was clean and tidy, with some parts that needed a bit of love but nothing that spoilt the stay. We stayed in a front room facing the road which was a bit noisey as its quite a busy road but shutting the window at night kept it bearable and sleepable.. The food was very good we had breakfast and dinner and the menu was varied and worth the price which was not expensive either. The service was exceptional especially in the restaurant. “The property as a whole was in poor condition and was not clean. The food was not very nice. It appeared to be from a food service company, just thawed, cooked and served. It is clear that the premises had not been subjected to a health and safety impact assessment. For example, the showers were in the bath and no non-slip mats were provided. “This hotel does not have staff as you do a self check in so it is not possible to rate this part of the survey. The hotel offers no amenities, however there is a kettle and tea/coffee provided . The room was perfectly fine for one night. Comfortable and clean although needs updating and there was a bleach stain on the carpet. The room was unbearably hot. A fan was provided but it was not affective in the size of the room so maybe worth the hotel provided a second fan. Other than that not a bad...
