“Hotel is clean and staff is friendly. It was fine as an overnight stop. The town has a small but nice historic centre. It is however more or less dead. A few restaurants were open but do not look very appealing. Many properties are boarded up. Apparently it used to be bustling but many people left after the reunification.”

“Rent værelse og gode senge var eneste plus. Der reklameres med billede af legerum, det findes ikke. Der var ulideligt varmt på værelset. Man kunne til nødt låne en blæser. Morgenmaden var meget kedelig”

“They didn’t provide the correct type of room, and there was no way to resolve the issue because they have no staff on site. Their support phone number was just a recording that hung up after it played. I ended up having to sleep in my car. There was also mold on the bathroom ceiling, and bugs on the floor.”

“Very quiet with greenery around the hotel. The tram to downtown is located a few minutes away. The breakfast is great but try to avoid rush hours”

“Die Zimmer waren sauber, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Keine Belüftung/Klimaanlage. Waren dort an einem heißen Tag. Frühstück okay, wenig Auswahl. Nur zum Übernachten für einen Wochenendtrip okay.”

“This is not a hotel, this is an apartment for airbnb. We were at 52 apto, 5th floor, and there isn't elevator. We are traveling with a lot of lugague and we had to take it all stairs up and stairs down. There isn't front desk. We request to clean up our room, but nobody do it along our stay. It was a really bad experience. I was looking for a hotel with all services associated, not for an airbnb in Expedia. I am making a claim for this stay.”

“Había un olor a rastro si abrías la ventana. Al salir por la puerta trasera había muchísimas colillas de cigarros que aventaban de arriba. Pero buen servicio, limpieza, detalles. ”
