The location was beautiful but in early September there was no one about and very few places to eat or drink in Hjo The hotel was popular but only with older retired people. It felt like the hotel and town was about to close for the winter

Lovely clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was quiet couldn’t hear any noise from other rooms. Nice and central so easy to explore Hjo on foot from the hotel.

Comfortable and pleasant, but slightly run down

Pleasant and nice hotel with comfortable beds in a great setting near the lake and the Victorian villas of the old spa park. Nice touch with the selection of different bed pillows in the bed. It's just a shame that the window was so dirty, that it totally ruined the view. Also, the setting up of the breakfast buffet was rather uninspired, and the whole breakfast area looked a bit unloved and messy. This could easily be fixed, with just a bit of attention from the staff or management. Despite this, we had a great stay, and would be happy to come back.

Underbar liten stad. Härligt läge på hotellet, rum med utsikt över vackra hus och Vättern. Bra säng, men kuddarna gräsliga innehöll ”pingpongbollar”. Frukosten mycket bra, dock lite sjaskiga dukar. Säkert bara en massa miss av personalen.

Vi är överlag nöjda. Personalen var väldigt trevliga. Rummet rent, läget toppen vid Vätterns strand. Däremot var inte frukosten okej andra morgonen. Det var tomma fat, bröd som inte var färskt bla. Vet man att det är si och så många gäster som bor på hotellet får man väl se till att maten räcker och att det finns personal som hinner med att serva. Dock är vi nöjda som helhet.

Både dåligt och bra.

Rummet var dåligt städat och sängarna obekväma. Det luktade avlopp överallt till o från. Servicen är bra med trevlig personal. Vi åt på Bistron på kvällen o det var trevlig servitris och supergod mat.

Ja till Bellevue , Hjovisst :-)

Kan nog inte ligga mer centralt i Hjo än var det gör. Jätteanläggningen ser megastor ut och är det oxå. Trots denna gigantiska byggnad som egentligen ite passar in i staden så känner man sig välkommen av trevlig personal och bra parkeringsmöjlighet, gratis. Frukost hade allt man kunde önska , rummet mycket bra, bokade mot parken / sjön, fantastiskt rum. Ingen AC men än stor fläkt gjorde det svalt. Det är nära till allt, Hjo är inte stort:-), bra mat finns alldeles runt "hörnet". Två bra ställen att åka på. Bryggan i hamnen och Biergarten under en 650 år gammal ek. Sen är det helt klart ett besök på Bison Gate nån mil från Hjo absolut värt ett besök.

Fint läge, rum helt OK och städningen helt utan anmärkning. Service väldigt bra. Vi upplevde en svag avloppslukt runt stora entrén, men det kan ha varit tillfälligt vid vårt besök.

Omgivningen övertrumfar allt!

Hotellet har ju sett sina bästa dar. Lite seg personal, som nog var upptagna med annat.. Luktade skumt i entrén. Vi blev dock helt charmade av omgivningen och Villa Victoria där vi bodde en natt. Åker gärna tillbaka:). Frukosten var kanon!

Förväntade mig högre standard utifrån priset som betalades för en natt. Helhetsintrycket av hotellet var att det kändes mörkt och slitet. Även rummet kändes slitet och behöver fräschas till.

Kunde varit lite mysigare

En unken lukt mötes man av i entrén vilket kändes sådär. Sen tog det lång tid innan receptionisten kom för att möta oss trots påringning flera ggr. Hotellet låg väldigt fint och det var bra frukost, scrambled ägg tog slut men det löste de med att steka ägg så helt ok ändå. Vackert att sitta ute och äta frukosten. Fanns ingen AC så det var väldigt varmt på rummet , öppna fönster lite svalare men vi bodde längst ner så det kändes sådär att ha öppet på natten.
