温泉泉質はとてもよく、何と言ってもお料理が最高に美味しかったです。 森の中に佇む宿で、雰囲気も素敵でいやされました。 ただ、古いせいか、部屋や、お風呂がとてもかび臭かったのが、残念です。

まずスタッフの方皆さんいい方で、食事もお風呂もお部屋も素敵で、景色も素晴らしかったです！ 少し早い母の日で、妹と母と行ったのですが、元気な母なので大丈夫かと思ったのですが、館内階段が多くてどこに行くのも階段で（泣） 特に岩の階段はきつかったようです。 私のリサーチ不足でした。 84歳の母には厳しかったようです。 また今度は家族で伺いたいと思っています！

완벽한 료칸. 특히 체크아웃 시간이 11시라 여유롭고 한가한 휴식을 보낼수 있었음. 산책로가 짧은것은 아쉬웠지만 그만큼 산속에 있어 청량한 공기를 느낄수 있었음. 만나는 직원분들 모두 친절하고 전문적으로 응대 해주셔서 더욱 좋았고 한국인 직원분이 계셔서 언어 부담없이 편히 쉬었음

팔순을 맞이한 어머니와 4자매가 함께한 여행이었다. 산소 텐스이가 왜 그토록 숙박자들에게 칭찬이 자자한지, 도착한 순간 부터 그 이유를 알수 있었다. 산 속 깊숙히 위치한 료칸은 자연친화적인 일본 전통 료칸의 정취를 그대로 느낄 수 있었고 내부의 시설들은 청결하고 불편함이 없었다. 우리는 샤워 시설이 없는 기본 객실을 예약했지만 내탕과, 가족탕이 여러개 있는 덕분에 전혀 불편함이 없었다. 대욕장도 남녀 각각 2개나 있어서 온천 순례하기 바빴고 다른 객실 숙박자들과 마주치는 일이 거의 없었다. 온천은 카케 나가시로 깨끗하고 수질은 말할 것도 없이 매끈 매끈했다. 이 료칸의 또 다른 장점은 식사가 맛있다는 점이다. 숙박하기전 가이세키 맛은 복볼복인 경우도 있기에 살짝 걱정했지만, 차례차례 코스로 제공되는 음식들의 수준을 보고, 와~ 여기는 진짜 다른곳과 차원이 틀리다라는 생각이 들었다. 맛은 물론이고 식사를 준비해주신분은 분명 장인이라는 생각이 들 정도로 대단한 정성이 느껴졌다. 식사 서빙을 맡아주신 예쁘신 여자 스텝분 고생하셨고, 넘 감사드립니다^^ 생신 케이크를 미리 신청하여 준비해 주셨고, 기념 촬영한 사진을 액자로 만들어 선물로 주셨다. 또 한 번 감동^^ 결론적으로 산소텐스이는 료칸의 정취, 청결, 온천, 스테프들의 극진한 접객 수준등 또 다시 방문하고 싶은 곳은 틀림이 없다. 여러모로 좋은 추억이 될 수 있도록 신경 써 주시고 배려해 주신 산소텐스이 여러분^^ 진심으로 감사드립니다^^

기차역에서 내려서 금방 도착하고, 산에 산소덴수이 뿐입니다. 근처에 식당이나 마트가 없는 아주 작은 곳이지만 안에서의 생활은 불편함 없고 식사도 만족스럽습니다. 가족탕이 있어서 한번 사용해봤는데 아늑하고 괜찮습니다. 개인욕탕이 있는 방을 예약했어서 계속 개인욕탕에서 온천욕을 즐길 수 있었고 편리했습니다. 이불이 두꺼워 바닥의 찬기는 느껴지지 않았고 온풍이 세서

매우 만족스러운 숙박

매우 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 이곳에 묵기 직전에도 벳부의 료칸에서 하룻밤 지냈지만 차원이 다르네요. 전통적인 료칸 체험은 물론이고 파인다이닝급의 식사와 도심에 있는 수준의 바가 있어 맛있는 생맥주와 여러가지 위스키를 즐길수도 있어 너무 좋았습니다. 직원들의 친절함은 말할것도 없고요.

일본 최고의 료칸

지난해 한번 방문이후 두번째 방문이었습니다. 여전히 친절한 접객과 훌륭한 서비스는 변함이 없네요. 여름에 방문할때와는 또다른 매력이 넘치는 곳입니다. 석식 가이세키요리는 지난번 방문때와는 완전히 다른 종류의 계절음식이 준비되어 여행의 재미를 2배로 만들어 준것 같습니다. 여건만 허락한다면 조만간 또 방문하고 싶네요.

매우 만족합니다.

와이프 생일을 맞이 해서 방문했습니다. 가족단위가 오기에 좋은 시설이었고, 모든 스텝이 친절해서 같이간 가족 모두 만족했습니다. 석식으로 즐긴 가이세키요리도 어디에서도 맛볼수 없는 훌륭한 수준이었으며, 조식또한 간결하지만 하나하나 정성이 가득 담긴 느낌이었습니다. 돌아온지 하루도 안되었지만, 벌써 와이프는 친정식구들과 다시 올 계획을 짜고 있네요... 사진으로 느낄수 없는 완벽한 료칸의 문화를 제대로 느끼고 왔습니다.

是目前我在日本住過最舒適幽靜的傳統溫泉旅館。 所有服務人員都非常友善。 温泉，溪流，森林都讓身心獲得充分的放鬆。 翌日，退房後，服務人員送我到車站後，還再次折返在列車還未進站時和站務人員確認我有沒有坐對方向的車，非常貼心！ 絕對會再次回訪！

다 좋았습니다. 체크 아웃 하기 직전까지는..100점 만점이었습니다. 그런데..주차장이 바로 앞도 아니고 계단까지 있는데..손님이 직접 짐을 들고 가게 만들더군요. 10년 넘게 일본 여행 때마다 료칸만 스무 군데도 더 가봤지만..이런 고급 료칸 중에 손님이 직접 캐리어를 들고 계단을 오르게 만드는 곳은 단 한 군데도 없었습니다. 다른 건 다 만점 짜리 서비스였는데..이 점 만큼은 반드시 개선해야 할 치명적인 오점이 아닌가 싶습니다. 물론 지극히 개인적인 생각입니다. 손님 중엔 별 일 아니라고 생각하는 분들도 계실 테니까요..하지만 저처럼 힘없는 60대 이상 분들은 참고하시는 게 좋을 것 같아서 후기에 남깁니다.

子連れでしたが、とても配慮くださりスタッフ皆様に感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。 館内はとても清潔で、お風呂の美しさ（館内外湯、内湯、貸切）に驚いたのと、料理が特に感動ものでした。 どの料理も料理長のこだわりを感じ、創意工夫が感じられ味もとても美味しいものでした。 お忍びで著名人が利用しても良いくらいに、プライバシーの面も安心だと思います。 山奥にありますが、隠れ家旅館として、みなさまに是非おすすめの旅館です。 ちなみに私どもの利用した時期は、ホタルが見られ、 夜ホタルツアーも無料でしてくださいました。 季節を楽しめる旅館です。
