The staff were amazing. When we arrived at our room, next door people were loud and fighting. We requested for a room change and they immediately gave it to us. It needs renovation but the place was friendly and they provided fruits, muffins, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Overall, you get what you pay for plus friendly accommodating staff!!

Very welcoming staff. If you are looking for a clean hotel for a one night stop over with family it fits the bill. Double mattresses in rooms very springy & not comfortable for two people. Although no pool you can use that savings to go to the Miete Hotsprings instead. Overall good bang for your buck.

The staff were helpful and efficient, the room was clean and the price was affordable. The bar was a fun place to spend some time. I haven't played pool in years! My only complaint was the issue with the pipes banging during the night very loudly. Kept us awake.

Staff was very helpful this morning as the elevator was out of order for schedule maintenance and we where on the 3rd floor and where not told about the elevator so my husband can’t walk well so Heidi was very helpful and rounded up the 4 men who where cleaning the rooms to help us get our baggage to the car and helped my husband down the stairs.
