“We got immediate access to the property which was spotless and as per the advert. We received a warm welcome to the property just after arrival. The rooms are a bit smaller than the pictures make out but maybe that was our imagination. Note the shower room is inside the main bedroom. “Many thoughtful amenities. Sleeps an intimate two, not three as promised on both Expedia and another booking site. Host ignored Expedia message request for use of (non-existent) sofa bed and instead sent a direct email with door code. Daughter and I enjoyed this last minute booking but felt a bit bait and switched. Exceptionally clean,well appointed suburban backyard unit.”

Le chalet était bien propre et on avait quelques produits de fourni ce qui est très pratique. Sachez toutefois la laveuse est très petite donc vous aurez plusieurs brasser à prévoir. Aussi, il n’y a pas de sécheuse, on doit étendre le linge pour le sécher. S’il fait beau c’est parfait mais dans le cas contraire prévoyez un plan...

I booked 2 nights, tried to get ahold of someone to give us keys and instructions on how to check in and the phone number doesn't work. I contacted the property through Expedia and the management company got back to me 36 hours later. In the meantime, we had to drive 40 minutes out of Inverness to even find a hotel for the first night and...
