“I arrived 15 min early and they wanted to charge me 20 pounds for early checkin. Called for extra towels and they did not deliver. Went to the front desk to ask for towels and they said that they did not have any available.”

“El hotel es hermoso , el staff muy àmable y el desayuno muy bueno. Lo único que nos sorprendio e incómodo fue que en una estancia de 3 NOCHES, la habitación nunca se limpió, ni siquiera se sacó la basura o se cambiaron las toallas. Es una lástima si falta de limpieza ya que nuestra calificación hubiera sido mucho mejor si esto no hubiera pasado”

“Unfortunately, although the staff were lovely and helpful, I would not return here. On initially walking into the room, it looked okay at first glance, but it didn’t take much closer inspection to notice the dirt and how run-down the room actually was. The flooring in the main room was separating in places, and I actually hurt my foot on one of the raised sections. Looking closer, I noticed the floor was still covered in dust, hair from previous occupants and, bizarrely, several hair...

“We had a good stay. The staff was reluctant to serve us dinner because they had other bookings - which was a bit strange - we wound up at a nearby Italian restaurant.”
