“Having been turned away from the Holiday Inn express late at night we were delighted to find that Premier Inn had accommodation. I have not used Premier Inn for a long time and I’m impressed by what appears to be an upgrade in the facilities.”

“Needed a place to stay when seeing a concert in Scarborough. The price was very good, got there and there were clear instructions on how to get in the property which was very secure. The rooms were really clean and plenty of parking by the hotel as well. Had all the things needed for a stay. Staff communicated well in terms of payments and codes to access the rooms. We were able to get breakfast downstairs the next morning and it was value for money.”
