The pictures and positive reviews were very misleading. The suites are very outdated, although clean. There are a lot of winding stairs to climb to get to any room. The staff was not available 24/7 as stated online, and we had to beg for fresh towels. The breakfast is also not included, as stated on Google. After our first night, the staff made me switch rooms because they made an error and gave me a family room. They were nice about it, but it was inconvenient. They were not, however, nice to our shittle driver, and yelled at him as he was dropping us off. The room my other group members stayed in had a problem with the shower, which flooded their bathroom. Based on the responses on other reviews, I will be told I'm not welcome back, but that is fine.

Beautifully set on the side of a mountain, the property was clean and tidy and located next to a shared pool. Very quiet and the view is amazing. Air conditioning available at an additional cost, but very fair pricing and definitely needed. Shops are close for essentials, and the seafront is around 20 mins downhill.. the walk back up is challenging especially if you've had a few bevvies, but taxis are very much available. Over all, very enjoyable stay and will defo be on my list to visit again

Points négatifs: Hébergement plutôt vétuste. Pas de ménage ni remplacement des serviettes de toilette et draps durant la totalité du séjour d'une semaine. Il faut aller les chercher à l’accueil pour les remplacer. Petit déjeuner très simple, 2 tartines de pain demi emballées à la main dans du film transparent (date de péremption?), 1 beurre, une confiture , une patte à tartiner, un café, en tout et pour tout par personne, et a récupérer le plateau à l’accueil. Pas vraiment de services ni de personnel ( 1 seule personne à l’accueil, une femme de ménage absente pour cause de covid et un vigile pour la nuit), mais de bonne volonté. Pour les points positifs: les matelas sont très confortables, la vue sur la mer et l'emplacement prés des restaurants du centre et des plages. Le logement proposé ne nous convenant pas, un autre logement de catégorie supérieur nous à été proposé gracieusement. En conclusion: beaucoup de potentiel mais peu de moyens malgré la bonne volonté. Séjour agréable cependant.

Les bons points: - le cadre est super, et la résidence bien aménagée malgré l'espace restreint (tous les appartements n'ont pas cette chance cependant) - le ménage est efficace - le village est chouette est on est près de tout ce qu'il nous faut. Les TRES mauvais points: - une chambre pour 5 avait du matériel pour 2 ou 3 max - l'appartement n'était pas en bon était (prises cassées, toilettes cassées, douches cassées) - nous avons dû payer 105 euros imprévus (et en cash) pour "la taxe environnement" et "utiliser la climatisation", ce qui n'était pas prévu du tout sur le site. - le personnel n'est pas sympathique. L'homme de l'accueil est faussement sympathique mais sent l'arnaque à plein nez. Et mention spéciale pour l'agent de sécurité, un psychopathe inquiétant qui vient harceler tout le monde après 21h pour qu'ils se "taisent" dans un hôtel pour adultes seulement. Même en parlant faiblement, il empêche toute soirée en terrasse et menace tout le monde d'appeler la police ou de nous jeter à la rue. Une client d'une chambre proche avait peur de rentrer dans sa chambre à cause de lui. Le pompon se fait quand il nous a interdit d'inviter d'autres clients de l'hôtel à prendre l'apéritif à notre terrasse avec nous en nous disant que pour profiter de notre terrasse, ils devaient payer eux aussi pour notre chambre, et directement à lui. Il nous a aussi insulté de bébés, en bonus. Sa simple présence a rendu une location déjà limite complètement désagréable.

The Korifi Suites Collection is set in a beautiful location on top of a hill. There is a nice swimming pool and a pretty view from your suite. The owners are friendly and definitely willing to help you with transportation or give good advice on where to go.

Alles, aber definitiv kein 4-Sterne-Hotel !

Ein 4-Sterne-Hotel ist das auf jeden Fall nicht !!! Das Bad war dreckig, Toilette mit uralten (stinkenden) Ablagerungen, die dreckige Toilettenbürste mindestens schon 3 Jahre alt... Angegebene Hotelausstattung weicht stark von der Realität ab: Keine Kochtöpfe, Kochfeld nur auf Anfrage (Hotelmanager zeigt sich unwillig: "das riecht so stark, wenn jemand kocht und das stört dann andere Gäste"). Geschirr zusammengewürfelt und dreckig. "Designer-Toilettenartikel": Einmal zu Beginn 10ml Duschgel + 2 Stückchen Seife. Danach nichts mehr: "Das gibt es nur einmal". Handtücher dreckig. Weder Bademantel noch Hausschuhe. Fernseher vorhanden, wird aber seit ca. 30 Jahren nicht mehr produziert. WLan funktioniert nur an der Rezeption. Kein Telefon, kein DVD-Player. Der "Superior-Room" mit angebenden 30qm hatte höchstens 25qm. Wie groß mag dann der "Standard-Room" mit angegeben 20qm sein? Das Doppelbett ist nur 1,40m breit. Man muss sich schon sehr lieb haben, damit der Platz reicht. Harte Matratze mit Spanplatte statt Lattenrost. Der Hotelmanager hatte uns zum Abschied einen Gutschein über 5 Tage kostenlose Übernachtung in einer Junior-Suite ins Zimmer gelegt (schlechtes Gewissen?) – aber hier werden wir ganz sicher nie wieder unsere Zeit verbringen. Die Außenanlage ist ganz nett gemacht, aber leider: außen hui, innen pfui!

Albergo per chi cerca pace e relax mentale situato nel paesino di piskopiano dove ci sono tutti i confort dai market ai ristoranti al noleggio di auto moto e quad!!!! Molto caratteristico tutto colorato,non tanto distante dal mare e dalla movida di hersonissos io personalmente impiegavo circa 5 min in scooter per arrivare al centro della città!!!! Molto molto consigliato!!!!

Fantastisk utsikt fra generelt alle rom, perfekt for alle. Du har et bredt utvalg av utallige "tavernas"/resturanger i området. Det er rolig, og du får med engang den greske følelsen av å gå i disse smågatene nedover fra hotellet. Man er avhengig av taxi, her er alle taxisjåførene opptatt av at alle skal betale likt. 7-8 euro til stranda. Ellers får man leid scooter.

Hotel regular a malo. Lejos de la playa.

La cocina del apartamento es absolutamente insuficiente. Dos bombillas: una no funcionaba. Habia unicamente: un calentador de agua y una tostadora de pan. En el baño: un pequeño frasco de champu, que cuando se acabó no nos repusieron. La luz del baño: insuficiente. El primer día una invasión de mosquitos: estuvimos toda la noche cazando mosquitos. Los días siguientes tuvimos que estar con todas las ventanas cerradas. Nos cobraron 49,- € por una noche de más ???. Llegamos al día siguiente de la fecha señalada. A las 05,30 Horas AM y salimos en la fecha señalada a las 02 h. 30 m AM. De las playas al Hotel: una cuesta pendiente: 35 min. y en el mismo hotel 70 escalones durisimos.

Superbe rapport qualité prix et localisation

Endroit idéal. Au coeur du charmant village de Piskopiano, vivant et plein de restaurants réputés et peu chèrs. On surplombe la baie d'herssonissos avec une très belle vue mer. Hotel d'une douzaine de chambres seulement avec piscine très agréable en rentrant de la plage ou excursions. Personnel arrangeant et sympathique. Je recommande vivement pour visiter la région d'Heraklion, Rethymnon et l'Est de l'ile. Préférable d'avoir sa voiture de location. Hotel plein de charme, contrairement à tous les "hotels usine" du bord de mer

Grundsanierung notwendig

Der Hotelmanager taucht nur morgens gegen 9.30 h auf und bleibt kurze Zeit, am Wochenende gar nicht. Zugehfrau ist morgens da und bedient auch die "Rezeption". Da sie um die Ecke wohnt, kann man sie anrufen. Alarmanlage ging zweimal nachts los(23.30 h und 2.00 h) und niemand erschien. Anlage und Zimmer in katastrophalem Zustand, Außenanlage teils völlig verfallen, so dass man sich dort nicht aufhalten kann. Zimmerausstattung mehr als minimalistisch und alt. Die im Internet angegebenen Geräte nicht oder nur als 1-Euro-Artikel vorhanden (kein Herd, kein Radio, TV nur griechisch, uralte Kaffeemaschine erst auf Nachfrage, Besteck verdreckt, Krankenhausgeschirr, KEIN WARMWASSER (nur Dusche), Bad 2 qm mit Minibadewanne. Wer hat hier 4 Sterne vergeben - da stimmt was nicht! Leider hatten wir ja schon bezahlt, sonst wären wir nicht eingezogen. Zumindest wurde täglich gereinigt.

Gigantische Aussicht

Oktober 2014: mein Studio hatte eine tolle Aussicht, war geräumig und sauber, einfach aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Außer den Duschvorhang, dieser gehört ausgetauscht. Flora war äußerst hilfsbereit, für jeden Wunsch hatte sie eine praktikable Lösung. Die Anlage war mit blühenden Pflanzen übersät und die einzelnen Appartements schön verteilt. Zur Klimaanlage kann ich nichts sagen, da diese im Oktober nicht mehr gebraucht wurde, die offene Balkontür war immer richtig. Ich konnte hier total abschalten, da es sehr ruhig war. Das Umfeld mit den Tavernen und kleinen Lädchen empfand ich sehr angenehm, es war nicht so tourimässig, sondern gemütlich. Ich würde wieder dort Buchen!

Schöne Anlage in guter Lage

Die Anlage ist überschauber und schön gestaltet, mit vielen Pflanzen und einer stimmigen Dekoration. Die Zimmer sind einfach ausgestattet, aber zweckmäßig und sauber. Es gibt einen Pool und verschiedene Sitz- oder Liegemöglichkeiten im Außenbereich, sodass man es sich bequem machen kann. Das Team ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, und kümmert sich schnell um Wünsche. Die Ausstattung der Küche war gerade eben ausreichend, allerdings haben wir ein Kochfeld erst auf Nachfrage erhalten. Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Toaster sowie Besteck und Geschirr waren standardmäßig vorhanden und haben funktioniert. Insgesamt ist die Anlage für Leute mit einem kleineren Reisebudget sehr empfehlenswert und wir würden dort gern wieder hinfahren.
