Arrived just after midnight through a private gated entrance by car easily found and parking no issues, this small complex has 4 villas in its spacious grounds 2x 1 bedroom 1x2 bedroom & 1x 4 bedroom each off them with plenty of privacy, for a few days we were the only ones their so being like I am looked at the areas of the others each lovely and clean with their own pools and one big thing is each and everyone got the sun all day. We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa and it was immaculate and spacious the bathroom facilities were spotless and lots of toiletries.the kitchen had all you need and the was a few items in the fridge to ensure we started our day easily after our late arrival.Elina the lady who looked after the properties was at hand and sent regular messages to ensure our holiday was going to plan. Will I return to Grace Villas again yes I certainly will, great place for couples and families alike

Lovely villa and pool, super clean, great location and good instructions for check in. Only slight thing is would prefer a gate from the parking spot to the villa entrance as pool exposed so would have preferred more privacy. Also, needed to be 2 bowls, side plates as only had 1 of each and no wine glasses. A tea towel to dry dishes would be helpful as small sink area and didnt want to use bath towel. Doesnt need much to make absolutely perfect. Would stay again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Grace Villas Collection. Tout s’est très bien déroulé, notamment grâce à Eleni, qui a été disponible et nous a accompagnés avec beaucoup de gentillesse depuis notre arrivée jusqu’à notre départ. La villa est très agréable et très bien équipée, avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour : machine Nespresso pour le petit-déjeuner, réfrigérateur/congélateur, machine à laver, barbecue… Il manque peut-être simplement un micro-ondes, mais cela reste vraiment un détail. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine privative et la grande terrasse, ainsi que la place de parking juste devant la villa. L’ensemble des villas est sécurisé par un accès avec code, ce qui est également appréciable. Le ménage a été effectué deux fois pendant notre séjour. L’endroit est très calme et reposant, même malgré quelques travaux à proximité lors de notre passage. La situation est également très pratique : on trouve de nombreux restaurants à Koutouloufari et surtout dans le vieux Hersonissos (Old Hersonissos), accessible en seulement 5/10 minutes en voiture. Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Die Villa ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Die Ausstattung der Villa lässt keinen Wunsch übrig. Von der Spülmaschine bis hin zur Waschmaschine, dem Wasserkocher und dem Toaster ist alles vorhanden und auch sauber. Der Pool ist sauber und hat reichlich Sonnenstunden zu bieten. Aber das Beste an dieser Unterkunft war die Gastgeberin Eleni. Sie war stets bemüht uns den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Sie hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für Anliegen. Bei Problemen wusste sie stets wie sie alternativ den Gast zufriedenstellen konnte. Ich habe so eine Gastfreundlichkeit noch nirgends auf der Welt gesehen. Sie hatte immer Tipps wie man den Tag gestalten kann, welcher Strand schön ist und welches Restaurant besonders lecker ist. Auch auf diesem Wege nochmal: Vielen herzlichen Dank Eleni!
