“There was a suite flat above a restaurant, and the smell of food could be felt throughout the unit and was annoying. During the day, the suite was like a steam sauna because it was all windows and above the roof. Despite two small air conditioners and a fan, it was unbearable. However, the view from the room was incredibly beautiful and tempting. There was no shampoo and the unit was full of insects coming from the lake because there was no fan and you had to keep the window open all the time....

“El ascensor muy complicado es demasiado pequeño, la zona no es de las más lindas pero está bien, la limpieza normal la cocina tenía feo olor, nos dejaron unas bebidas gratis.”

“Establecimiento bien, lo malo fue que pague salida tarde hasta las 5 de la tarde al ser por código se vencio y no podia entrar me quede esperando fuera del hotel 40 minutos y su respuesta no fue rápida”

“The property was very well stocked: pots, pans, cutlery, wall plug adapter, umbrellas, toothbrushes, toothpaste and more. The only downside is that the floors do creak, so you hear the people above you. With that said, everyone seems to adhere to the 10pm quiet time so it was not much of a problem. I did not see a parking space so if you’re renting a car I would look further into that. Aside from that, no issues. Very close to the train station for transportation. ”

“Difficult check in procedures with several messages, exchange of emails, installing an App and giving private phone number. But when finally in there is a 30 degree appartement waiting without AC and without even a fan. Very bad 👎 . Cannot appreciate the way this is all handled.”

“At the moment the reservation was made, a mail with the check in information was supposed to be sent to my mail but it never arrived, so I called a lot of times to the university and after insisting a lot I got the confirmation mail to check in. The place was not super clean and the bathroom was in very bad condition. The only good thing (besides the prices) was the location. Not in my plans to make a reservation here again. I prefer to spend a little more money for a better place.”

“Ik was op zakenreis en dit is perfect. Heel ruim appartement, ontzettend proper en alles bij de hand: handdoeken, shampoo, douchegel, .. Enige minpuntje: de douche kan iets beter. Voor mij is dit geen spelbreker, ik kom absoluut terug. ”

“Para todos los latinos que viajen a zurich no les recomiendo esta propiedad a menos que sean estudiantes, el balcón tenia basura, el refrigerador olía horrible y en general el estado del edificio es viejo y sucio.”

“El departamento tiene una vista increíble, es muy cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario para una pareja y una ubicación espectacular. De ahí se puede ir uno a recorrer a pie mucho puntos turísticos.”

“The stay was very good . Rooms were very spacious . Hall ,2 bedrooms, kitchen , dining and balcony . But only one bathroom and that too with poor drainage. The only issue was about the kitchen sink and bathroom tub drainage . Water was not going through only it got accumulating. We did mail to the property manager but were disappointed by them for not taking timely action. ”

“Very spacious apartment in a great location. Close to amenities, restaurants and tourist attractions. Very clean and well equipped. Basic furnishings but everything you need. I would definitely stay here again. ”
