Property is in an excellent location. The Altstadt is outside the back of the property and the shopping area is a block away. Parking is underground. The breakfast was great with everything you could want. The room we had overlooked the Altstadt area and was clean and quiet. If we return to Heppenheim this would our hotel of choice. Very highly recommend.

Nice hotel,staff, but parking and breakfast high

excellent location--parking tight and overpriced. Breakfast has come w/rm for past ten years, but now costs $20 pp. Bar and lounge nice w/excellent service and staff.

I stayed for one night here without breakfast as I was on my way to Frankfurt Airport Area. The room did not have fridge but could not get any ice from reception. The room was great. My problem was with the car park, it had steel plates in the driveway which has no meaning or value . These steel plates are irritating .They can also damage your car if it is low level car.

Das Hotel liegt gut in der Nähe des Markplatzes. Das angebotene Frühstück entsprach voll den Erwartungen für ein Dreisternehauses. Auch klasse ist die Wasserstation, die sich im EG befindet. Im Sachen Sauberkeit und Wartung gibt es Luft nach oben (Spinnenwebe direkt über dem Bett, Haare im Bad, Silikonfugen die sich über eine Erneuerung freuen) Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist ok.

Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel, ziemlich abgewohnt, hier passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr. Zimmerreinigung muss angemeldet werden, sauber war es nach der Reinigung nicht wirklich. Das Frühstück wird mehr oder weniger nur angeboten, den Tisch muss man sich selber eindecken. Die Bilder vom Frühstück auf Hotels.com werden wesentlich schöner präsentiert, als es in der Realität ist. Einzig positiv hervorzuheben ist der Preis für die Tiefgarage mit acht Euro pro Tag.

Die lüftung im bad funktionierte nicht dementsprechend war die luft und die Feuchtigkeit führte zu wasser und schimmelflecken. Vermutlich besteht das Problem schon länger aber es kümmert sich keiner darum und das Zimmer wird nur vergeben wenn sonst nichts mehr frei ist.

Hervorragend gelegenes Stadthotel

Das ACHAT-Hotel ist hervorragend gelegen für alle, die an den Festspielen teilnehmen oder einfach das einzigartige Flair rund um den Marktplatz abends genießen möchten. Wir hatten in unserem Reservierungswunsch ausdrücklich angegeben, dass wir nicht in einem der Zimmer zur Bundesstraße hin wohnen wollten. So konnteen wir auch bei offenem Fenster schlafen. Eine Klimaanlage konnte zudem an dem ersten heißen Sommertag die Termperatur auf ein erträgliches Maß herunterkühlen. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Die anderen sind kleiner, doch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis wäre auch dafür ordentlich gewesen. Praktisch auch die Tiefgarage direkt unter dem Hotel.
