“Very nice stay everything we needed”

“The Boathouse (or to people like me who haven’t been in Norfolk for 15 odd years - the former Eels Foot) is a fantastic location for short or longer stays, with the broads, Great Yarmouth, Norwich and north Norfolk all easily reachable from here. The pub / restaurant is beautiful, and serves excellent food. Breakfast is a-la-carte and is excellent for the price. Mike, the proprietor, is a great host and was extremely helpful in helping us to plan the remaining days of our trip. Highly recommend!”

“The room was very warm even with the windows open as it was at the top of the property. A room fan was provided but it meant that there was a constant noise when it was on. The breakfast was really nice.”

“Terrible experiencia. Se les llamó oportunamente para indicar que se llegaría un poco más tarde por las condiciones del camino y nos rechazaron, sin ninguna consideración. Nos dijeron que se cancelaria el Cargo ya que no no Podríamos hacer el checkin, pero en realidad después de ellos Mismo no permitirnos llevar, si hicieron el cargo por lo que termiron cobrando noches de hotel que no se utilizaron… consideramos un simple abuso. “The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was just ok.”

“Lady who runs it was lovely very clean room smelt lovely room was a bit small and bed was not very comfortable but every thing else was spot on”

“staff were extremely polite and helpful.”

“Service throughout stay was very good, check in quick and with no issues. Room spacious and had all the amenities required. Breakfast and restaurant meals very good with great selection for both.”

“Clean but a little dated hotel. Only one tiny bottle of shampoo / shower gel provided in the bathroom.”

“Photos don't do this place justice. I had a very comfortable stay in their cosy studio. Very clean. High quality bedding. Plenty channels on the smart tv. Fast reliable wifi and good cooking facilities.”

“Helpful staff. Sorted out parking. Table broken in room. Shower no pressure, dribbled out. Room fan very poor, very little air coming out even at high speed. Complimentary bodywash and shampoo so small not worth open the packed.”

“Very clean room staff were there when needed and always helpful breakfast was excellent very happy with everything thank you”

“OK so ..parking was good but tight .. To me the restaurant is in the wrong location..would have liked it if it was on the main floor where breakfast is served so you could have a view over the sea front while having you main meal ..rather than down below ground level .. sorry but the prices are a little high .. drink .starter .main ..half pint coke ..pate ..fish chips and peas for £32. 00 is high sorry that's my thoughts ..food was nice but still .. staff are a credit to the hotel.”

“Staff werecextremely friendly and helpful”

“Food was fairly decent, staff were all excellent. Nice clean room, lovely comfortable bed. Big clean bathroom. However .....we couldn't get any of the radiators to work. When its single digits centigrade outside its time to fire up the central heating !! The room and bathroom was very cold, which put a real downer on our stay.”
