Wonderful hotel with stuff taking care of you. There was accidental fire alarm in the middle of the night but it was well handled. Check -in was seemless. Breakfast had great variety of traditional food with local berries additions. Separate saunas operated well.

The hotel receptionist at check in was really helpful and guided us as this was our first visit to Helsinki. Nice friendly hotel, centrally located near the Metro and Mall.

Needs improvements in many areas

It was a nice staying, although needs to be improved. We had a reservation at another hotel but they inform us 2 weeks before leaving about a renovation that they would do to the building and moved us at Plaza hotel, which was in a more convenient location after all. The room was decent, definitely not value for money. It was much smaller than we expected for a Radisson blu hotel. The breakfast also needs to be improved. It wasn’t representative to the chain hotels. It had only two options at the egg bar (omelet with specific goods and fried eggs). Had certainly a gluten free space but was really small. Needs to be improved in many areas. We were about to be provided every day with water due to our membership but this never happened.

The room was spacious and extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable. The amenities were great. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious. The breakfast in the morning had a great selection

Smooth check in, great breakfast, missed the gym but the single sex saunas are great to relax. Found some odd items/nail clippings under our hotel beds indicating there were not hoovering under the bed . Otherwise it is a good place to stay. I would stay again
