The Buffet breakfast was superb! There were so many selections plus very nice ambience in the buffet area. The room is really nice. The hotel is centrally located and the grand central stations is just a few blocks away. I highly recommend this hotel while in Helsinki.

The location is great, property is clean, the staff were nice and friendly. The only reason for 1 less star is that the property needs updating, by that I mean stained carpets, and it just appears a bit worn out so to speak.

Good location, but expected more from a Radisson Blu I stayed here for two nights while visiting Helsinki. The location was very convenient and within walking distance of the main sights, which was definitely a plus. Unfortunately, the check-in experience was disappointing. It took over 30 minutes because there was a long line and only a few staff members assisting guests. At first, I assumed this was an isolated issue, but I noticed similar staffing and service issues throughout my stay. The room itself was clean and acceptable, but the hallways were dark and not very inviting. They made the hotel feel older and more rundown than I expected. The breakfast was a highlight. It was quite complete and offered a wide variety of options. Overall, the hotel was fine for my stay, particularly because of its location, but I expected a higher level of service and atmosphere from a Radisson Blu property.
