Location was a stand out feature!! Walking distance to most things and public transport was equally as accessible. Daily breakfast was fresh and delicious. Room temperature did run on the warm side but the room had a small fan that was good.

Pros: The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious! In particular, the dessert cakes were so tasty that I couldn't help going back for seconds. Great location within comfortable walking distance of Helsinki Central Station. Cons: While the shared areas of the building seemed fine, there was an unpleasant drain smell in the bathroom of my room. The shower is located right next to the toilet. The shower curtain covers both the shower area and the toilet inside it, so taking a shower inevitable leaves the toilet seat soaked. The room lacked a mini-fridge and a safety deposit box.

1. Had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Arthur, with clean rooms and a comfortable atmosphere. 2. The location is excellent—very convenient for exploring the city and transport connections. 3. Staff were friendly and helpful, making the overall experience smooth and enjoyable. 4. Breakfast was good, but I would suggest adding more options for vegetarian guests, as I am vegetarian and found limited choices—overall, it was still a fantastic stay.
