Fantastic stay.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here at Hotel Bymose Hegn. The people and service was great! The room was clean and comfortable. There was so much to do! Swimming, soccer, volleyball, billiards, ping pong, darts, and much more! And the breakfast was great!!! I will definitely be coming again if the opportunity arises.

Efter lidt besvær ved ankomst (et nyt edb- system) fik de hurtigt styr på betalingen. Et flinkt , imødekommende og hjælpsom personale. Morgenmaden var fin. Dog nok lidt tidligt med slut kl. 9.00 på hverdage. Værelset var ok, men bar nok lidt præg af at være et værelse til kursister, og ikke til et ældre ægtepar. Men alt i alt en god oplevelse.

Sødt, imødekommende og hjælpsomt personale. Selve hotellet eller ihverfald vores værelse var slidt. Gulvtæppet var meget plettet, og toiletkummen så ud som om der var tisrester i. Morgenbuffet var ok, men ikke noget særligt. Alligevel havde vi et godt ophold og sov godt.

Værelset var iskoldt og vi måtte starte vores ophold med at beholde jakker og støvler på. Vi fandt en termostat helt nede ved gulvet på radiatoren og efter nogle timer, var der en okay temperatur. I løbet af natten slog varmen dog fra og vi måtte tage tøj på kl 3 og sove videre. Derudover var der kun redt op til én person, selvom vi var to. Receptionisten, der var gået hjem for aftenen (kl 18), løste dog fint situationen på distancen og vi fik dyne, pude og håndklæder som manglede. Ydermere lå der også et sæt brugte kontaktlinser på natbordet. Alt i alt ikke den bedste oplevelse. Når vi alligevel siger “middel”, skyldes det alene den flinke receptionist Gitte, der både var på telefonen ved vores manglende ting til værelset, men som også lod os tjekke ud en time senere og i det hele taget bare var varm og venlig.
