The room lacked detailed cleanliness upon arrival and even the following day after the daily cleaning. Upon arrival the bathroom floor hadn’t been detailed. You could see small pieces of debris. The following day after cleaning it was left exactly the same. Upon arrival the bathroom trash bin had the liner bag laying on the side waiting to be inserted. Then the following day the garbage in the same bin was not emptied. Lastly the pillows on the made bed upon arrival had been placed without care of tidiness. Then the following day the bed looked the same way but the fitted sheet was left the same way we left it after sleeping, no attempt at adjusting the fitted sheet.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Theft and Lack of Support My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. During my stay, an item I had recently purchased went missing, and the way the hotel handled the situation was unacceptable. I reported the incident to the front desk, but neither the staff nor the manager offered any meaningful assistance. The manager’s response was essentially that she didn’t know what to do. I expected her to take my complaint seriously, investigate the situation, and make a genuine effort to help. Instead, I was left feeling ignored and completely unsupported. The item may not have been expensive, but that is not the point. I paid for it, it was brand new, and guests deserve to feel that their belongings are safe during their stay. I understand that a hotel cannot prevent every incident, but the lack of concern, accountability, and basic customer service shown by the staff and management was unacceptable. I expected much better from a Marriott property. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in this hotel, and I would think twice before staying here again. I cannot recommend this property to anyone who expects their concerns to be taken seriously.

Excellent hotel. The reception area was very good for socializing. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Only improvement suggestion would be a rubber stopper on the shower door as it swings open and makes of loud noise. Staff were extremely helpful and nice to deal with.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, we checked in late on a Wednesday night, the guy at the reception was nice but didn't really know anything about the hotel, we asked him to give us a room with a bathtub and he said he didn't have one available because the rooms with bathtubs are only for the disabled so we would get one with a shower, the surprise came when we got to the room and found out that we had a bathtub in the bathroom. We were told that breakfast was from 7 to 10. Since we arrived and checked in very late the first morning we went to breakfast at 9.30 and found that there was no food left, we tried a boiled egg but the yolk was frozen so we only ate some potatoes. In the following days breakfast was ok, but the same thing every day, scramble eggs, sausage patties, potatoes and some kind of sandwich that didn't look very good, only one day there was bacon instead of sausage. There was no safe in the room, I had to carry my money and jewelry in my purse everywhere. The location is not great, the hotel is on Main Street but right at the beginning of the street, no good restaurants in the area, more than half a mile to the city center where there are restaurants and activities. It is not advisable to go by car because parking is $20 everywhere and parking spaces are few. I had higher expectations from a hotel where every day I was charged differently starting $170 Thursday $290 Friday and $350 on the weekend. For $350 per night you really have higher expectations!!
