I love staying here. The staff was so helpful. I accidentally booked my reservation on the wrong day and I got a quick easy fix with no problems same-day issues resolved with no hassle. Me and my friends had an amazing stay in this hotel is literally right next to everything in Helen it’s perfect!!

Alpine Valley Iñn is a hidden treasure. I have traveled to Helen Ga all my life and have always stayed at the more known hotels. But not anymore. Our room, the staff, the bed and even the pillows were awesome. We will definitely be coming back to Helen and staying at the Alpine Valley Iñn.

John was friendly and helpful. As a long time resident he is knowledgeable about the the history of Helen, and the goings on about town. Alpine Valley is a an older place, but well maintained, and a good value as compared to the other hotels in town. We will stay there in our next trip to Helen.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We did find a dead cockroach in the bathroom, but did not see any others. The surfaces, bedding, fridge and microwave were clean. Ate fresh fruit for breakfast.
