The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located. This would have been a 5 star rating if they had a coffee pot with real coffee instead of a boiler with instant coffee.

The lady at the front desk (who studied business in Georgia) was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She organized me a quiet conference room in the hotel where I could take a 2-hour work call and helped when we misplaced a credit card.

Check in and check out experience was excellent! The Hotel does have a/c, however, it doesn’t seem like there is individual control in the rooms. I would still highly recommend staying here!

We had an excellent experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was welcoming, comfortable, and enjoyable. The accommodations were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. It was clear that guest satisfaction was a priority. The only minor hiccup during our stay was a billing issue. However, once we brought it to the staff’s attention, it was handled professionally and resolved to our satisfaction. We truly appreciated their willingness to make things right. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and the small billing issue certainly wouldn't keep us from returning. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others!

Everything was clean and well maintained. The views from our room were wonderful. Great location with easy walking access to so many great places to shop, eat, or just see. My family had two rooms, and since they were across the hall from each other we got to see the castle view and the city view. My photos don’t do it justice.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel was immaculate. Our room was a Castle view which didn’t disappoint, fully air conditioned with rain fall shower in the bathroom. You are on 5 minutes from the river and 10 minutes from the old town, there is a good range of places to eat nearby with many more in the old town. We used the hotel underground car park for ease but there are many more places nearby. Heidelberg is a beautiful city and we will definitely be back.

This was a great hotel for our visit, offering a view of the castle while being not too far from the train station. It was easy to get to/from for our stay. Also very quiet and modern, you had to scan to access your hallway. The staff were very helpful, allowing us to leave our bags while we explored after check out.
