The cottages are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the peaceful waterfront setting is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views. It’s the ideal place to unwind and spend quality time with family and friends. The owner Ashley always welcoming and make you feel right at home. We keep coming back because every visit is just as enjoyable as the last. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway with a beautiful lakefront location, we highly recommend Single Island Shores. The two room (plus bath) cabin was very nice. The bed comfortable. Ask, when booking, for a room with an unobstructed view and a fire pit on the usable side of your cabin. Our view of the lake had a cabin between us and the lake and the fire pit was on the side when our neighbors had the best view of it. The location was fine. It was just a few miles from Watkins Glen and near enough to Ithaca.
