The staff is pretty unique when it comes to addressing any requests as far as what you need in the room. They communicate well and it's highly unlikely that you will be disappointed. Very clean hotel.

Good stay for two nights in Heber Springs while in town for family funeral. Didn’t spend much time at the property but the beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly. Very accommodating for our large group and even a late cancellation for one room that wasn’t able to make it last minute due to car trouble.

-Pool water temp is so high the pool is un-useable. Pool area is un-shaded which contributes to the water temp. -In Room 102 theres an icky stain in the caulk at toilet base. -Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Best hotel room I have stayed in! The staff was great, room was perfect and the breakfast was more than enough. They even had a hot cocoa stand with sprinkles and marshmallows and our 6 yr old loved that! If you need to stay in Heber springs, this is the place!

I stay at Holiday Inn every time I come to this City for work. The staff is very friendly and the hotel is quiet, it’s clean and it smells clean (if you know you know). The bed was very comfortable. It’s convenient to restaurants and local shopping.
