We needed somewhere around the mid-point of the Great Northern Peninsula to stay for a couple of nights, and this place checked off all of the boxes. Convenient, reasonably priced, pub on site, restaurant on site, and laundry on site. I would stay there again.

We stayed overnight on our way to St.Anthonys. The room was large and very comfortable. The staff was helpful. There was a restaurant (pizza) and pub type bar attached or easy to get a drink or have something to eat.

This place was great. The rooms were large and very clean. And the staff, wonderful, helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was excellent. I’d definitely go back to the Torrent River Inn.

We stayed in cabin 9. It was adequately clean but had a stuffy smell when we checked in. That could be due to the heavy rain that day. The lady who checked me in was very helpful, but the front desk lady on my second day asked to find the housekeeper by myself to get another roll of TP. The kitchenette in the unit was extremely helpful as there was not much options in the area. We went to Coleman’s in Port Saunders (tips from the First Lady) to shop for food and cooked. It saved us lots of $ that way. Overall, I will give them a four star out of five.
