“There is no handicap ramp or lift to access the rooms. This was not mentioned in the website description. And there is no staff to help moving baggage upstairs using the staircase. Food in the bar is good. But rug in the hallway is dangerous to precipitate a fall.”

“The actual hotel was clean and staff were great. However the restaurant experience was very bad. We were told half the meals on the menu were not available, plus the draught beer was also not available. I ordered fish and chips, which when arrived the fish was hard as a rock and definitely not fresh. They got me another one but that too wasn’t very good either. My nephews burger had a bad taste to it and he couldn’t eat it but didn’t want anything else to eat from there. The waitress seamed to...

“Always put in the VERY NOISEY front single 1 night stay. Terrible.Rooms are very tired need touch up on paint. Reception NEVER SMILE or say any welcome. Both reception men never introduced themselves. ( both had beards) I have stayed many times it just suits me as I can walk to my friends.”

“All Staff were very friendly, A great team helpful and pleasant. Room very clean . Had all we needed Breakfast and evening meal excellent. Well prepared, presented and enjoyable. Cakes to die for 🤗 Would recommend and will be booking again in the future. Thanks to an amazing team and customer service 10/10”
