“Being in a castle is unique by itself. First impressions were not as expected, fake flowers everywhere, a bar with a kitschy look, a spa with no pool, an outdoor area like a beer garden, it felt a bit like in an amusement park. Bathroom with a bathtub, difficult to step into and very slippery, lots of stairs to climb. In short difficult for handicapped., the advertised nearby fruit farms, vineyards and famous church sculpture is far away, you can’t get there but by car or bike. But the suite was...

“I never write reviews but this one was bizarre. Arrive to complete darkness on the property at 7pm. I have to look around the yard to find the owners - felt like I was going to be shot for trespassing. The wife owner is controlling - forces you to remove shoes and put on sandals that she provides. And then freaked when I put my bag on the bed. The place smells and is creepy. I was counting the minutes until I could wake up and leave. Beware!”
