“El personal super calido y amable, en especial la chica que tienen en los desayunos, te hace sentir bienvenido y cuidado, solo que a mucho personal le hace falta su gafete con su nombre, lo cual es una pena y no se pueden identificar bien. Los cuartos son espaciosos y las camas son realmente cómodas, pero es decepcionante la limpieza, la tina estaba extremadamente sucia, en especial el desagüe, no es agradable bañarse en un lugar así. “Great hotel but NO parking which has to be said is a big minus point. I parked at Riverside Parking on recommendation of hotel but you have to pay using Ringo App but as far as I could see you cannot pay for 24 hours as your parking slot ends at 23.59 on the day. How you pay for more ‘god only knows?’ Not user friendly. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was excellent. Rooms were good although aircon seemed to go off around 10pm? Definitely got warmer then.”
