“The beds were so comfortable, which is very unusual at hotels. I would say the coffee could have been kept full and the breakfast person was not very attentive to keeping items available. Specifically bread”

“El aire acondicionado no tenia forma de controlarse y prendia y apagaba solo. En un mome to tenias frio y en otro calor.”

“Excelente ubicación. Olor a cloro un poco fuerte en el lobby, quizá debido al mantenimiento de la piscina interior. Instalaciones del gym increíbles. ”

“The staff was the best: so nice and helpful. Best relation between quality and price. The rooms are big, clean, with fridge, caffee and microwave. Placed near restaurants and place for live concerts (Valley Tavern). It has a complementary breakfast which is also nice (yogurt, caffee, tea, sweet things, juice). I'll definitely repeat if I'll come back to the south part of the Smoky Mountains and Appalachian reserve.”
