I booked my stay with 3 chicken below the age of 12 I got several complaints about my children always around noon time, when half the time my kids would be napping, we used the pool several times there was also issues with my kids… other kids ran freely with sticks, screaming hitting one another with towels up and down the hallways and some how my little ones were the problem, the ladies serving breakfast weren’t always too friendly, upset when asked to restock, the manager was rude. I ran into two ladies were super nice and helpful my whole stay one at the front desk and one on the cleaning team
